What We Offer
Individual therapy for anxiety, trauma, women’s issues, and more — with affirming, culturally competent care for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals throughout Tulsa and Oklahoma.
Core Specialties
Anxiety is more than worry — it’s a full-body experience that can steal your sleep, strain your relationships, and make everyday moments feel impossible. You might find yourself constantly bracing for something to go wrong, or frozen when you need to act. You’re not broken. Your nervous system learned to protect you, and now it doesn’t know how to stop.
Together, we’ll work to understand the root of your anxiety — not just manage symptoms — so that you can move through life with more steadiness, confidence, and peace. Whether it shows up as generalized anxiety, social anxiety, perfectionism, or panic, there is a path through it.
Using integrative, trauma-informed approaches, we’ll build tools for in-the-moment relief while also addressing the deeper patterns keeping anxiety in place.
Trauma doesn’t always look like a dramatic event. Sometimes it’s the quiet accumulation of moments that made you feel unsafe, unseen, or unlovable. It lives in the body — in the way you startle, shut down, or push people away without fully understanding why.
Healing from trauma requires more than talking about it. It requires working with both the story and the body, moving at a pace that feels safe rather than re-traumatizing. Using trauma-focused therapy, Parts Work (IFS-informed), and attachment-based approaches, we create the conditions for real healing — not just symptom management.
I have particular experience and passion working with BIPOC individuals navigating racial trauma, and with women processing trauma related to body image, relationships, and identity. You deserve a therapist who understands the full context of your experience.
Women carry a particular kind of weight in the world — the pressure to be everything to everyone, the invisible labor, the body image noise, the grief of not being seen. Whether you’re navigating motherhood, career transitions, relationship dynamics, or simply the exhaustion of existing in a world that often asks too much of women, this is a space where all of it can be said aloud.
I work with women at every stage of life — from teens finding their footing to adults navigating midlife shifts. I have a particular passion for supporting women in the BIPOC community who carry the compounded weight of racial identity alongside the universal challenges of womanhood.
Here, your anger is allowed. Your ambivalence is allowed. Your complicated feelings about the people you love are allowed. All of you is welcome.
Affirming & Culturally Competent
I provide affirming, culturally responsive care for communities that deserve it most.
Your racial identity, cultural heritage, and lived experience of systemic racism are central to your mental health — not footnotes. I bring ongoing cultural humility and deep respect for the full complexity of your experience.
You shouldn’t have to educate your therapist on your identity before you can do the actual work. This is a space where you are known, celebrated, and supported without having to justify your existence.
Motherhood is beautiful, exhausting, and full of contradictions. I work with mothers navigating postpartum emotions, identity shifts, the mental load, and the grief of who they were before — all without judgment.
